About BunnyChat
What this platform actually is, what it does and does not do, and who it is built for.
1. What BunnyChat is
BunnyChat is a browser-based platform for one-to-one video chat with real people. You open a page, allow the camera, and you are talking to someone within seconds — no download, and no account needed to start a match.
That last part is worth stating precisely, because it is where most descriptions of products like this get vague. Starting a match needs nothing from you. Going further than that — keeping a profile, publishing content, joining clubs, buying coins or VIP — is a full social product with an account behind it. Both halves are real, and the Privacy Policy covers what each one collects.
2. What is on the platform
Which of these you see depends on the current product configuration, but the full set is:
1-on-1 video matching
The core of it. Camera on, matched with someone, one conversation at a time. Skip whenever you want; nobody is watching but the two of you.
Messaging and notices
Direct messages for keeping a conversation going after the match ends, plus service notices about your account.
Profiles and public content
A profile page, video and photo publishing, comments and follows — for people who want a presence rather than just a conversation.
Clubs and community
Topic-based group spaces for interaction that is more organised than a one-to-one call.
Coins, VIP and gifts
Optional paid features. Prices and rules are shown at the point of purchase, and the Terms of Service sets out what is and is not refundable.
Safety and account tools
Report, block, verification and account settings — reachable from inside a conversation, not buried in a menu.
3. What we optimise for
Real people, not filler
The entire premise is that the person on the other side is a person. That is why verification exists, why the Community Guidelines spend so much space on impersonation and fake imagery, and why face authentication requires the avatar, photos and verification video to be the same human being.
Time-to-first-conversation
Every extra screen between arriving and talking to someone is a screen most people never get past. Running in the browser, skipping the download, and not demanding an account before the first match are all the same decision made three times.
Safety you can actually reach
Block, report and account controls sit inside the conversation, not buried in a settings tree. A safety tool you have to go looking for during a bad interaction is not a safety tool.
Rules written to be read
Our policy pages are meant to be legible. If a rule matters enough to enforce, it matters enough to state in a sentence someone will actually finish.
4. Who it is for
BunnyChat is built for adults who want:
- A real conversation with a real person, starting now rather than after a signup flow.
- One-to-one rather than an audience — private, not a broadcast.
- Something that runs on the device already in their hand, without installing anything.
- A profile and a place to publish, if they want to go that far.
- Clubs and community spaces for group interaction.
- Platform rules stated plainly, and a support channel that answers.
It is not for anyone under 18, and it is not a dating service, a broadcast platform, or a place to run a business.
5. Rules and responsibility
Everyone here is expected to follow the law that applies to them, the Terms of Service, the Community Guidelines and the rest of our policies.
Content abuse, harassment, fraud, impersonation, unsafe conduct, infringement and payment abuse all lead to restrictions, moderation action, or stronger enforcement — how far it goes depends on what happened.
6. Getting in touch
Account access, content review, community problems, payments, safety or anything technical — one channel, and it is monitored:
