Terms of Service
The rules for using BunnyChat — who may use it, what you may publish, how payments work, and what happens when someone breaks them.
Public profiles, videos, photos, articles and comments can be seen by other users and indexed by search engines. Deleting them here does not clear search results immediately.
1. What these terms cover
These terms govern your access to and use of BunnyChat — the website, the mobile web experience, public pages, content feeds, messaging, matching, call features, payment flows and everything related to them.
Using BunnyChat confirms that you have read and agreed to these terms, to our Privacy Policy, and to any additional rules or feature-specific terms attached to particular services. If you do not agree, stop using the platform. Carrying on after we update these terms counts as accepting the updated version.
2. Who may use it
BunnyChat is for adults. It is not intended for anyone under 18, or under whatever higher minimum age applies where you live, and you may only use it if the law that applies to you permits it.
Everything you enter at registration, login, verification, purchase or profile setup must be accurate, current and complete. Your account credentials are yours to protect, and you are answerable for everything done through your account.
- Do not open accounts with false, misleading or stolen information.
- Do not transfer, sell, rent or share your account without authorisation.
- Do not work around security checks, rate limits or access controls.
- Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access, lost credentials, or any other security incident on your account.
3. What the platform does
BunnyChat is a social content and interaction platform. What it offers changes over time, and currently spans publishing, discovery, communication, community, purchases and account tools.
Video and photo publishing
Create, upload, manage and share public-facing content wherever the feature is available.
Messaging and notices
Direct communication tools, plus service notifications about your account and activity.
Matching and calls
Random matching, video matching, voice calls and video calls where supported.
Clubs and community
Community spaces, group interaction and the other social features.
Coins, VIP and gifts
Premium benefits, virtual items and other digital services offered on the platform.
Safety and account tools
Report, block, account settings and support — the controls for managing your own experience.
We may add, change, restrict, suspend or withdraw any feature at any time for legal, operational, product, security or business reasons. Nothing here promises that a given feature stays available permanently or without interruption.
4. Your content and who can see it
Parts of BunnyChat are public by design. Depending on the feature and on what you choose to do, your display name, avatar, profile page, videos, photos, comments and posts may be visible to other users or to anyone.
You are responsible for everything you publish, upload, display or comment on. Only share what you have the right to share and what you are comfortable having seen.
- Public content can be viewed, shared, cached and indexed.
- Deleting content here does not guarantee it disappears immediately from search results, caches or third-party references.
- Making sure your content breaks no law, no third-party right and no platform rule stays your responsibility.
5. What you may not do
Use the platform lawfully, responsibly and with some respect for the people on the other side. Do not use BunnyChat to harass, exploit, deceive or harm anyone, and do not interfere with how the platform runs.
- No unlawful, infringing, fraudulent or misleading content.
- No sexualised content involving minors, no exploitative content, no violent threats, no hate speech, nothing that breaches applicable safety standards.
- No impersonation, no misrepresenting who you are, no deceiving people about your relationship to a person or brand.
- No bots, scripts, automation, scraping, reverse engineering or other abusive technical means of accessing or manipulating the service.
- No scams, off-platform payment schemes, spam campaigns or other abusive commercial activity.
Extra rules may apply to publishing, comments, clubs, messaging and user interaction. Breaking any of them can cost you the content, the feature, or the account.
6. Messaging, matching and calls
The platform may include direct messages, notices, club conversations, random matching, video matching, voice calls and video calls. They exist to let people interact.
Use them lawfully and respectfully. Do not stalk, threaten, extort, harass or scam anyone, do not solicit unlawful activity, do not distribute malicious links, and do not pressure anyone into unsafe or prohibited conduct.
- Match outcomes, response rates, social results and call quality are not guaranteed.
- Your decisions in a conversation are yours — including whether to keep talking and what else to share.
- If something turns abusive, suspicious or unsafe, use the block, report and safety tools.
7. Coins, VIP and virtual items
BunnyChat may sell coins, VIP memberships, virtual gifts, premium features, paid content and other digital goods. Prices, descriptions, eligibility, availability and usage rules appear on the relevant purchase, payment or account pages.
Payments may run through third-party providers. We do not necessarily store full card details, and how payment credentials are handled may fall under the provider's own terms and privacy practices.
- Virtual items and digital benefits have no cash value unless the law says otherwise.
- Completed purchases of digital goods, and services already consumed, are generally non-refundable — except where the law requires a refund or a product-specific rule expressly grants one.
- Fraudulent transactions, chargebacks, payment abuse or suspected unauthorised use can lead to cancelled orders, feature limits, account review or suspension.
- Access to what you bought may depend on account status, product availability, technical compatibility and operational rules.
8. Third-party services and links
The platform integrates with and links to third parties for login, payments, analytics, hosting, content delivery, support tooling and ordinary web navigation. Some links open an external browser or land you on pages we do not control.
- Third parties run under their own terms, privacy notices and business practices. Your use of them is between you and them, except where the law says otherwise.
- We do not guarantee their availability or their security.
- We are not responsible for content, policies or actions on services we do not operate.
- Read their terms and privacy practices before you use them.
9. Intellectual property
The platform — software, interface design, branding, product architecture, service content and other protected elements — belongs to BunnyChat or its licensors, and is protected by intellectual property and unfair competition law.
You keep the rights in content you lawfully create and upload. By uploading it you grant us the permissions reasonably necessary to host, display, process, moderate, distribute, store and operate that content within the platform and related services.
- Only upload content you have the right to use and publish.
- Do not copy, redistribute, scrape, reverse engineer or otherwise exploit protected platform assets without authorisation.
- If your content infringes someone else's rights, the resulting claims, losses or enforcement may land on you.
10. Enforcement, suspension and termination
We may investigate suspected breaches of these terms, of safety or payment rules, of community standards, or of the law. Where reasonably necessary to protect the platform, its users, our partners or the public, we may:
- Remove, restrict or disable access to content.
- Warn you, or limit posting, messaging, matching or purchases.
- Suspend, review, freeze or terminate an account.
- Cancel transactions, withhold benefits, or reverse platform-side grants where the law and applicable rules permit.
- Preserve relevant records and cooperate with legitimate legal or regulatory requests.
If an account is closed, some data is removed or anonymised within a reasonable period. Certain records may be kept where necessary for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, dispute handling or enforcement.
11. Privacy
How we collect, use, store, share and protect personal information is set out in the Privacy Policy, which forms an important part of these terms.
For anything specifically about data rights, retention, cookies, data sharing, third-party processing or age, treat the Privacy Policy as the primary reference. Nothing here limits rights you may have under privacy or consumer protection law.
12. Disclaimers and liability
We work to keep BunnyChat available, secure and useful, but to the maximum extent the law permits the platform is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, the continued availability of any feature, or any particular social, commercial or personal outcome.
To the maximum extent the law permits, we are not responsible for losses arising from third-party services, user-generated content, interactions between users, unauthorised access caused by your own failure to protect your credentials, or events outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so is prohibited by law.
13. Changes and contact
We update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in the service, the product, legal requirements or risk controls. For material updates we revise the Last updated date and give notice through the platform or another appropriate channel. Continuing to use BunnyChat after updated terms take effect means you accept them.
