Community Guidelines
What is expected of you on BunnyChat, what never belongs here, and what happens when someone ignores both.
Breaking these guidelines can cost you the content, the feature, or the account — depending on how serious it is and how often it has happened.
1. The seven things we ask
BunnyChat only works if the people on it are tolerable to each other. These are the standing expectations — not aspirations, but the basis on which moderation decisions get made.
Respect the person on the other side
Other people are allowed opinions you do not share. Offending, discriminating against or attacking any individual or group is not on.
Leave other people’s privacy alone
Do not publish anyone else’s personal information without their consent — not their contact details, not their location, not screenshots of private conversations.
No explicit, violent or gory material
Explicit content, violence, terror-related material and gore are prohibited outright, on every surface of the platform.
Follow the law where you are
Your conduct has to comply with the laws that apply to you — in particular every law concerning minors.
No false or fraudulent information
False advertising, fraud and misleading promotion are not permitted, whether in your profile, your posts or your messages.
Report what you see
If you come across a violation, report it. Reports are reviewed and acted on — silence just leaves it in front of the next person.
Protect minors
Protecting the rights and safety of minors is not negotiable. Anything that infringes on them is dealt with severely and without warning.
2. What never belongs here
The list below applies to everything you upload or type — avatar, album, nickname, moments, club avatar, club name, club introduction and join reasons. It is one list rather than eight, because the answer was always the same on every surface.
Never, anywhere: pornography · sensitive body parts · sexual acts · sexual innuendo · nudity · minors · advertising · other apps' branding or contact details · contact information · blood and gore · weapons · drugs · alcohol · smoking · discrimination · racism · insults directed at people · rumours and fabricated claims.
Three surfaces carry extra requirements on top of that list:
| Surface | Additional rule |
|---|---|
| Nickname and club name | No vulgar emoji on top of the general list. |
| Moments | The image has to be clear and has to be yours — no blurred shots, no covered face, no hat or sunglasses hiding it, no fake or borrowed photos and videos, and no work-related solicitation. |
| Club avatar, name and introduction | The general list applies to club introductions and to join/create reasons as well, plus no work-related solicitation. |
2.1 Face authentication
The verification video has to be recorded by you, in good light, with nothing covering your face. Your avatar, video show, photos and verification video all have to be the same person — if they are not, verification is refused.
3. Reporting
If you run into something that breaks these guidelines, report it rather than engaging with it. Reports go to review and we act on what we find. Blocking and reporting are both available from the profile and from inside a conversation.
Anything involving a minor is treated as the most serious category we have and is escalated immediately.
4. What happens when rules are broken
Enforcement scales with how bad the violation is and how many times it has happened:
- Warning — first-time or minor violations.
- Temporary suspension of account privileges — repeated or moderate violations.
- Permanent termination — severe violations, or serious ones that keep repeating.
We decide which of those applies based on the nature of the violation. Reading the rules before you post is considerably cheaper than appealing afterwards.
5. Contact
