Answers to what people actually write in about — account access, profiles and content, messaging and calls, payments, clubs, safety and technical faults.
Having an account, payment or safety problem right now? Find the matching section below first — most of it is answered here, and reading takes less time than waiting for a reply.
1. Account and login
Getting in, staying in, and getting back in.
How do I sign in or create an account?
Use one of the login methods currently offered on the platform — depending on what is enabled, that may be email login or a supported third-party sign-in. Note that starting a match does not require an account at all; signing in is for keeping a profile, publishing, clubs and purchases.
I forgot my password.
Use the forgot-password flow and complete the verification steps it shows you. You will need access to the email address linked to the account — if you have lost that too, write to support rather than creating a second account.
Why is my account restricted, or why can I not log in?
Access gets limited when the system sees unusual activity, a security risk, a rule violation, or an account status problem. Some cases need extra verification before access comes back.
How do I keep my account secure?
Do not share your credentials, avoid signing in on devices you do not trust, change your password when there is any reason to, and contact support promptly if you suspect someone else has been in your account.
2. Profile and content
Editing your profile, publishing, and what happens in review.
What can I change on my profile?
Depending on which account tools are available to you, that can include your avatar, display name, username, bio, linked social details and other profile information.
Why was my avatar, nickname or profile information rejected?
Profile content is refused when it contains something prohibited, misleading, abusive, advertising, or privacy-invasive. The Community Guidelines list what is not allowed on every surface.
What can I publish?
The platform may support videos, photos, moments, comments and other public or semi-public formats. Which of those you get depends on the current product configuration.
Why was my content removed, limited or not approved?
Content gets restricted when it breaks community rules, contains unsafe or infringing material, exposes sensitive personal information, or raises a security, legal or moderation concern.
3. Messaging, matching and calls
When the communication features do not behave as expected.
How do I message someone?
If messaging is available on your account and the other person is eligible to be contacted, open the relevant conversation page and use the built-in message tools.
Why can I not send a message or open a chat?
Usually one of four things: a restriction on your account, an interaction limit, the other person’s own settings, or a temporary availability or safety control.
Why does matching behave differently at different times?
Matching connects people in real time, so results move with account status, who is actually online, platform rules and the matching logic itself. There is no fixed outcome to expect.
A voice or video call failed — what do I check?
Your network connection, your browser permissions, whether the microphone and camera are actually accessible, and whether the call features are currently enabled for your account.
4. Coins, VIP and payments
Purchases, delivery of benefits, and refunds.
What paid services exist?
Depending on availability: coins, VIP access, gifts, paid content and other premium features. Prices and rules are shown at the point of purchase.
My payment has not shown up yet.
Confirmation can lag because of network problems, the payment provider’s own processing time, order verification, or a temporary sync delay. Check the payment result page first before writing in.
Where do I see what I bought?
In the wallet pages, VIP pages or purchase history — which one depends on the type of product you bought.
Can I get a refund?
It depends on the purchase terms, the product-specific rules, the payment status, and the law where you are. The Terms of Service sets out the general position: completed purchases of digital goods and services already consumed are generally non-refundable unless the law requires otherwise.
5. Clubs and community
Group spaces — joining them, creating them, and behaving in them.
What are clubs for?
Clubs and the related community features let people gather around a topic and interact as a group rather than one-to-one.
Why can I not create or join a club?
Club access depends on account status, eligibility requirements, moderation rules, content review results, and whether the feature is currently available to you.
Why was a club name, avatar or introduction rejected?
The same reasons as any other content: prohibited language, advertising, unsafe material, impersonation, discriminatory content, or a privacy risk.
How am I expected to behave in a community space?
Respect the other people in it, do not harass or discriminate, do not post illegal or abusive content, and follow the Community Guidelines — they apply inside clubs exactly as they do everywhere else.
6. Safety, reports and restrictions
Reporting problems, and what the platform does about them.
How do I report a user or a piece of content?
Use the report tools built into the platform whenever you hit abuse, a scam, harassment, impersonation, underage risk or anything else prohibited. They are reachable from the profile and from inside a conversation.
What happens after I report something?
It goes through moderation and risk-control review. Depending on severity, the outcome can be a warning, content removal, feature restriction, account suspension, or something stronger.
How do blocking and restriction tools work?
Block and the related tools limit unwanted interaction. Exact behaviour varies with the feature, your account state and the product flow you are in.
Why was my account or a feature restricted?
Rule violations, payment abuse, unsafe behaviour, repeated reports against you, abnormal activity, or another security and compliance reason.
7. Privacy, policies and rules
Which page answers which kind of question.
Where do I find out how my data is handled?
The Privacy Policy — it covers collection, processing, cookies, sharing, retention, your rights and data protection.
Where are the platform rules?
The Terms of Service and the Community Guidelines, between them: account rules, acceptable use, moderation standards and how enforcement escalates.
Why do the policy pages keep changing?
They get updated when the product changes, when the law changes, and when operational or safety practices change. The Last updated date at the top of each page is always current.
Which page wins if two of them seem to disagree?
For anything about personal data — rights, retention, cookies, sharing, third-party processing, age — the Privacy Policy is the primary reference. Everything else sits under the Terms of Service.
8. Technical and access problems
Run through these before writing in about something broken.
A page is blank, missing, or not loading properly.
Usually browser caching, a stale session, an unstable network, a temporary server problem, or a browser/device that is not supported.
What should I try first?
Refresh the page, sign in again, check your network, confirm the browser permissions, and try a supported browser or device if it persists.
What details help when I report a technical fault?
The affected page or feature, roughly when it happened, your account identifier if it is relevant, and a screenshot or recording whenever you can get one.
Camera or microphone will not turn on.
Check the browser’s site permissions for camera and microphone, then check whether another application is already holding the device. Browser-level permission is the usual cause — the platform cannot grant it for you.
9. Still stuck
If none of the above covers it, write in. Include your account information, the page or feature involved, roughly when it happened, and screenshots if you have them — that is the difference between a one-reply resolution and a week of back-and-forth.
